The proof of concept is Lakeside Landing FLX, a waterfront compound on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes. After watching every repeat-guest booking go back through Airbnb at a 22% cut, Ben built the alternative: a custom direct-booking site with a Local Guide Engine that ranks for "Seneca Lake rental," earns backlinks from wineries, and turns guests into repeat direct-bookers.
The model works. Now it ships to other operators, lake by lake.
