Chef-driven, wine-list-considered, view-when-the-light-drops. Reservations recommended at all of them; required at three.
Gull Lake View Golf Resort's dining room, set over the Stoatin Brae course with a patio that catches the resort's best light in late afternoon. The kitchen runs modern American plates — a green goddess steak salad, a cocktail list heavier on bourbon than vodka — built for a slower dinner than the resort's other rooms. Closed Sundays; Monday through Wednesday cuts off at 4pm, so check before driving out for a weeknight dinner.
