The third of three Corps dams on the White River.
Table Rock Lake is a 43,100-acre Army Corps of Engineers reservoir on the White River in the Missouri Ozarks, created by Table Rock Dam between 1954 and 1958 — 745 miles of shoreline eight miles southwest of Branson, split between marina hubs in Branson and Kimberling City.
Table Rock Lake sits in the Missouri Ozarks just southwest of Branson, 43,100 acres and 745 miles of shoreline at normal pool, created when the Army Corps of Engineers completed Table Rock Dam on the White River in 1958 — the third of three multi-purpose Corps dams on the river, after Norfork and Bull Shoals. The lake's commercial base splits across two hubs rather than one town center: State Park Marina and Indian Point Marina anchor Branson's side near the dam, while Port of Kimberling Marina, the largest on the lake, covers the west arm out of Kimberling City alongside Pier 28 Pizza & Grill. Table Rock State Park adds a free boat launch near the dam itself. Branson covers the hospital; Kimberling City and Branson cover the grocery run.
